About the Original Painting 🌺

Poppy 1 was my first flower painting to work on, but full of challenges. I repainted the background a darker green, as requested by the person who commissioned it. It was the right decision. It brought out the brightness of the flower petals. I think it turned out well.

Frequently Asked Questions

What size should I order?

Prints range from 5x7 inches up to 30x40. For a wall above a sofa or bed, go big: 18x24 or larger holds its own. Smaller sizes work for gallery walls, desks, and shelves. Every size is standard, so off-the-shelf frames fit.

Is this a physical print or a digital download?

A real, physical print. It's printed to order on thick archival matte paper and shipped to you. Nothing to download, nothing to print yourself.

Will it fit a standard frame?

Yes. Every size is a standard frame size, so you'll find frames easily. The print arrives unframed.

Will the colors look like they do on my screen?

Very close. Prints are made with high-quality multicolor inks to capture the original's color and detail. Every screen displays color a little differently, so allow for slight variation.

Will it fade over time?

The archival inks resist fading for years. For the longest life, display it indoors away from direct sunlight, or frame it behind UV-protective glass.

How long will my order take?

Prints are made to order and ship within 7 days, then arrive in 2 to 5 business days. You'll get a tracking email once it ships. Shipping is free on orders over $85.
