About Me

I discovered art when I needed it most, shortly after becoming disabled. What started as experiments with comic book collages led me to acrylic painting, where I found my voice as an artist.

One day, while working on an abstract piece, I stumbled onto something unexpected: intersecting brushstrokes that created pixel-like squares. I realized these geometric patterns could create unique images. I call it my "Criss-Cross" technique, and it's become my signature style. Beyond its visual impact, this method works perfectly with my disability, allowing me to create pieces that feel vibrant and personal.

I primarily paint animals, but recently, I've been challenging myself with human subjects. I'm always experimenting and pushing my craft in new directions. I still create comic collages occasionally, but painting has captured my heart.

Art gave me purpose when my life felt pointless. It's been a profound blessing, and my hope is that my work brings that same joy and meaning to the lives of others.
