Museum Quality

Printed with archival-quality inks on thick 189 g/m² matte paper, for rich color that stays true for years. The smooth matte finish cuts glare, so the piece looks its best in any light.

Shipping & Returns

Prints are made to order and ship within 7 days, arriving in 2 to 5 business days. Shipping is free on orders over $85, and every order includes tracking. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, I'll make it right. Just report the issue within 14 days with a photo.

Are Frames Included?

No. This keeps shipping costs lower, and it lets you choose the frame that fits your space. Every size is a standard frame size.

Darkness Conspires 1 is a dark abstract wall art print built from bold orange drip work and jagged black strokes over deep blue. Painted on a whim during a casual painting party with a friend, the piece keeps that unplanned spontaneity in every loose loop and splash. It works as a statement piece above a sofa, a reading chair, or a home office desk, pulling a room together without matching everything else. The orange and blue palette suits modern living rooms, creative offices, and walls that crave energy. With sizes starting at $15, it's a dramatic gift for the art lover drawn to the dark and moody. More dark work lives in the abstract art print collection.

This is the first painting in the Darkness Conspires series. It later inspired Darkness Conspires 2, a larger piece commissioned by a collector.

My friend spent that painting party working on a landscape. I was feeling weird, so I went the opposite direction and tried something really random and out there. The title didn't come to me until later, maybe a day after I finished.

Frequently Asked Questions

What size should I order?

Prints range from 5x7 inches up to 30x40. For a wall above a sofa or bed, go big: 18x24 or larger holds its own. Smaller sizes work for gallery walls, desks, and shelves. Every size is standard, so off-the-shelf frames fit.

Is this a physical print or a digital download?

A real, physical print. It's printed to order on thick archival matte paper and shipped to you. Nothing to download, nothing to print yourself.

Will it fit a standard frame?

Yes. Every size is a standard frame size, so you'll find frames easily. The print arrives unframed.

Will the colors look like they do on my screen?

Very close. Prints are made with high-quality multicolor inks to capture the original's color and detail. Every screen displays color a little differently, so allow for slight variation.

Will it fade over time?

The archival inks resist fading for years. For the longest life, display it indoors away from direct sunlight, or frame it behind UV-protective glass.

How long will my order take?

Prints are made to order and ship within 7 days, then arrive in 2 to 5 business days. You'll get a tracking email once it ships. Shipping is free on orders over $85.
